How to handle your order
NO ARTWORK-NO CANCELLATION CHARGE.
(AFTER ) we have started developing artwork there is a $48.00 charge to cancel your order prior to production.
NO CANCELLING ORDERS AFTER PRODUCTION HAS STARTED.
rUSH my ORDER
We will, for an additional charge, produce an order in less than normal production time. Charges and availability vary depending on current workload, items involved and complexity of art.
NUMBERING & BARCODES
Numbering and barcodes are available on items other than those shown in the catalog. Contact A Sales Rep, for other options.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Please indicate your preferred shipping method.
If no instructions are provided, we will ship ground freight via our standard carriers.
2 day & overnight are available options
OVERRUNS/ UNDERRUNS
Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to exact quantity requirements. A shipment of 5% over or under the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order and will be billed accordingly
PRODUCTION TIMES
Production times are approximate. Specific ship dates will be confirmed with your personal sales representative.
If a proof is needed, production times will begin after the proof has been approved and returned.
NON-STANDARD QUANTITY
Any order calling for quantities between standard and catalog quantities will be priced at the lower quantity price.
